We have a wide variety of rentals to choose from throughout the island of Key West.
The following is a brief description and price list of properties available for your vacation home away from home. Our inventory changes very rapidly. This listing will give you a good outline of the types, styles and prices of our accommodations. More information is readily available through our web site or simply call and request one of our individual brochures. Winter rates apply Christmas until Easter. Shoulder rates May 1 to Christmas. Summer rates apply May 1 until Christmas. Please keep in mind that rentals during any holiday or special event will incur a minimum 20% rate increase. Rates may be available for less than weekly stays. Please contact us for this information.
  • Reservation Fee: Any reservation made after February 1, 1999 will require payment of a $25.00 processing fee. This processing fee is non-refundable.
  • Initial Payment: After receiving a contract you will have ten days in which to return the contract and the initial payment. We accept personal or business checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for rental payments. During the ten day period we will hold the unit without obligation on your part. After ten days the unit will no longer be held unless arrangements are made prior to the end of the ten day period.
  • Confirmation: Guest will be notified when we have received the required deposit. This confirmation will notify guest of the exact address and phone number of the unit reserved. Please do not have personal mail sent to this unit as most owners have a forwarding order in effect and your mail will be forwarded to them.
  • Refund Policy: Guest may cancel any reservation agreement and is entitled to a full refund less a $100 (one hundred dollar) cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, no refund can be offered unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates and rates.
  • Hurricane Refund Policy: If you have a confirmed reservation and you are due to arrive within 24 hours and an evacuation order is in effect you will receive a full refund less $100 cancellation fee. Please note than in the event of a hurricane evacuation order you MUST leave the island. There is no exception. If you would prefer to rebook your reservation, rather than cancel it, you may move your reservation to a later date (within 6 months) with no penalty. Price difference may be applicable. If you have already arrived on the island and an evacuation order is placed you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your stay. If you choose not to use your reservation due to an impending storm, but an evacuation notice is not in effect, a refund cannot be offered.
  • Be advised that due to pending legislation regarding transient rental use a confirmed reservation may be subject to cancellation, relocation or refund.

KEY WEST COUNTRY CLUB
Nestled among 200 hundred acres of lush landscaping and a well manicured golf course is the Key West Country Club Townhomes. This property is a 5 minute drive from the heart of Key West. For those who enjoy nature and the Florida Keys natural wildlife, this is the perfect spot. Removed, but not remote from the charm of Old Town, this island has a charm of its own. All of these townhome units have access to the two heated pools and are less than a mile from two full service marinas, gulf side or Oceanside.

Pools, pool bar, tennis courts and restaurant are conveniently located on the island. Ferry service from Key West is provided. Daily maid service, turn down service, continental breakfast baskets delivered to your door each morning, honor bar, television, VCR and bath essentials. From one bedroom cottages to three bedroom cottages. Gardenviews, Oceanviews and Beachfront properties available. 1800 ATLANTIC Luxury condominiums located right on the Atlantic Ocean. 1800 Atlantic has a small private beach area and an Olympic size pool and Jacuzzi exclusively for it's guests. Clubrooms are available upon request and with additional fees for large groups or meeting. 1800 Atlantic offers 24-hour security, covered parking, hard and clay tennis courts and elevator/handicap access. $35.00 reservation fee on all units.

"Beachside Garden"

Just steps away from Key West's historic Old Town, and at the rim of the sea where the Gulf meets the Atlantic sits the premier property known as "Truman Annex". "Suite Dreams" 

A lovely estate in the quite tropical beauty of Key West. This property offers combinations to sleep from one or two guests up to 14. Arrange accommodations in a one bedroom, two bedroom or three bedroom unit or take the entire estate. Two heated pools are at the guest disposal as well as a coin operated laundry and on site office and manager. Relax on the plush grounds and enjoy the unique architecture. Two night minimum stay. Each unit has central air, TV, VCR and hair dryers.

"Super Suite" is the main house with three bedrooms and three baths. Large kitchen and dining area to accommodate the whole family. Large French doors overlooking the deck and pool area and bring the outdoors inside. Bedding: 2 kings, 1 queen and a queen Sleeper sofa. Sleeps 7 max.

"Treetop" is the upstairs two bedroom one bath accommodation overlooking the grounds and pool area of secondary house. Bedding: queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4 max.

"Courtyard/Garden Suite" one bedroom one bath downstairs accommodations. Full kitchen with beautiful breakfast area with the spectacular view. Sleeps 2 max.
