PLEASE NOTE, PRICES MAY VARY WITH DATES AND DIFFERENT PROPERTIES. WE WILL GIVE YOU MORE DETAILS WHEN YOU CALL. RATES ARE FOR "REGULAR" DATES DURING THESE TIME PERIODS. PLEASE EXPECT A MINIMUM 20% INCREASE FOR "SPECIAL" DATES. BOOKINGS OF LESS THAN A WEEK WILL REQUIRE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE.

* Initial Payment: After receiving a contract you will have ten days in which to return the contract and the initial payment. We accept personal or business checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express for rental payments. During the ten day period we will hold the unit without obligation on your part. After ten days the unit will no longer be held unless arrangements are made prior to the end of the ten day period.

* Confirmation: Guest will be notified when we have received the required deposit. This confirmation will notify guest of the exact address and phone number of the unit reserved. Please do not have personal mail sent to this unit as most owners have a forwarding order in effect and your mail will be forwarded to them.

* Refund Policy: Guest may cancel any reservation agreement and is entitled to a full refund less a $100 (one hundred dollar) cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is made within 60 days of the arrival date, no refund can be offered unless the unit can be re-rented for the same dates and rates.

* Hurricane Refund Policy: If you have a confirmed reservation and you are due to arrive within 24 hours and an evacuation order is in effect you will receive a full refund less $100 cancellation fee. If you would prefer to rebook your reservation, rather than cancel it, you may move your reservation to a later date (within 6 months) with no penalty. Price difference may be applicable. If you have already arrived on the island and an evacuation order is placed you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your stay. If you choose not to use your reservation due to an impending storm, but an evacuation notice is not in effect, a refund cannot be offered.

* Be advised that due to pending legislation regarding transient rental use a confirmed reservation may be subject to cancellation, relocation or refund.
