This upstairs one bedroom one bath condominium in is located in Truman Annex. The living area extends out onto a very large rear balcony by double French doors. The balcony has a B-B-Q grill for guests exclusive use and a picnic table and lounge chairs for enjoying the tropical evenings.

Fully equipped with central air and all theamenities to meet the vacationers needs to enjoy Key West. Bedding consists of a queen bed and full size futon. 

Rates: $1200 to $1300 per week (December 15-April 15)
From $500 to $700 per week (April 16-December 14)
